Our Journey

How It Started

Menrol began in 2013 when our founders saw a stark reality: millions of young people in rural and semi-urban India were eager to work but lacked the structured training and industry connections to land quality jobs.

Partnering with NSDC and aligning with DDUGKY and PMKVY government schemes, we built a training model that is free for eligible candidates, industry-relevant, and backed by real placement support — not just classroom theory.

Today, Menrol operates across 12 states, trains candidates in Automotive, Retail, Pharma, Banking, IT, and Healthcare, and has placed over 10,000 youth with reputed employers across India.
