Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid courses and services offered by Menrol Skills Pvt Ltd ("Menrol"). For government-funded courses under DDUGKY, PMKVY, or other Skill India schemes, no monetary refund is applicable as fees are borne by the government; withdrawal procedures are governed by the respective scheme guidelines.

2. Cancellation by the Student

7 or more days before course start date: Full refund of course fees, minus a processing fee of ₹500 or 5% of the course fee (whichever is lower).

3 to 6 days before course start date: 50% refund of course fees. No processing fee deduction.

Less than 3 days before course start date: No refund. However, you may request a one-time transfer to the next available batch of the same course, subject to availability.

After course commencement: No refund will be issued once the course has commenced, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

3. Cancellation by Menrol

If Menrol cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or force majeure:

• You will receive a full refund of fees paid, processed within 7 working days • Alternatively, you may opt to transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost • Menrol will notify you at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date wherever possible

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

1. Email us at [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]" 2. Include your enrollment ID, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation 3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours 4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment instrument:

UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: 5–7 working days • Credit Card: 7–10 working days (depending on your card issuer) • Demand Draft / Cheque: 10–14 working days

Menrol is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within the stated period, please contact us with your transaction reference number.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Examination or assessment fees once the assessment has been scheduled • Certificate issuance fees once the certificate has been generated • Study material costs where physical materials have been dispatched • Processing fees as described in Section 2

7. Batch Transfer Policy

Students who are unable to attend their enrolled batch may request a one-time transfer to the next available batch of the same course, subject to:

• Request submitted at least 3 days before the original batch start date • Availability of seats in the next batch • No additional fee for the transfer

Batch transfers are not available for government-funded courses; such requests must be directed to the respective scheme authority.

8. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the dispute resolution mechanism described in our Terms & Conditions.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the appropriate State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
