Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Menrol website and services provided by Menrol Skills Pvt Ltd. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Menrol website (menrol.com) or enrolling in any course or programme offered by Menrol Skills Pvt Ltd ("Menrol", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) • Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law • Not barred from receiving services under applicable law

For government-funded schemes (DDUGKY, PMKVY), additional eligibility criteria set by the respective scheme guidelines apply. Menrol reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject applications that do not meet the criteria.

3. Course Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment in a course is subject to availability and eligibility verification. By submitting an enrollment form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Menrol reserves the right to cancel enrollment if false or misleading information is discovered. For government-funded courses, enrollment is subject to approval by the relevant scheme authority.

4. Fees & Payment

Government-Funded Courses (DDUGKY, PMKVY): These courses are free of charge to eligible candidates. Any stipend or allowance is governed by the respective scheme guidelines and is subject to attendance and performance requirements.

Self-Funded / Paid Courses: Fees are displayed on the course page at the time of enrollment. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. Payment must be made in full before course commencement unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.

Invoices: GST-compliant invoices will be issued upon payment.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy available at menrol.com/refund-policy for full details. In summary:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before course start: full refund minus processing fees • Cancellations made within 7 days of course start: 50% refund • No refund after course commencement • Government-funded courses: no monetary refund applicable; withdrawal must be reported to the scheme authority

6. Attendance & Certification

A minimum attendance of 80% is required to be eligible for the NSDC-recognised certificate. Attendance below this threshold will result in non-issuance of the certificate. Menrol is not liable for any consequences arising from a candidate's failure to meet attendance requirements. Certificates are issued in accordance with NSDC guidelines and cannot be altered or backdated.

7. Code of Conduct

All students and users are expected to:

• Treat trainers, staff, and fellow students with respect • Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct • Not copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission • Not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Menrol website and in our course materials — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and curricula — is the intellectual property of Menrol Skills Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Course materials provided to enrolled students are for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Placement Assistance

Menrol provides placement assistance as a value-added service. While we endeavour to connect trained candidates with employer partners, we do not guarantee employment or a specific salary. Placement outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements. Menrol shall not be liable for any loss arising from failure to secure employment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Menrol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Course content is provided for educational purposes; Menrol does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career results.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat of arbitration shall be Mohali, Punjab. Courts in Mohali shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.

13. Amendments

Menrol reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
